The Racetrack™ Recirculation System is delivered as a complete, sprayer-specific installation package. Each system is configured to match your exact sprayer model, boom configuration, and existing boom tubing type to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Racetrack Recirculation System Includes
Complete Section Kits (One Per Boom Section)
A complete kit is supplied for each physical boom section (center, wing, breakaway, etc.).
Each section valve contains the integrated eductor, allowing each section to work independently.
Each Section Kit Includes:
(1) Racetrack™ section valve with integrated eductor
(2) Recirc sweeps
Polyethylene-lined return hose (from both endcaps to the main valve)
Tubing conversion components to adapt existing boom plumbing to the Racetrack™ 180° sweep return system
Gaskets and sealing materials
Hose clamps
1” flange clamps
Thread sealing materials
All necessary installation hardware
No additional hardware sourcing.
