Bob has dedicated a lifetime to advancing agricultural spray applications for crop protection products.

Prior to co-inventing the Merlin IC, Bob designed, patented, and manufactured the first 120’ telescoping spray boom which limited off target spraying. He is also one of the co-inventors of the patented “Pattern Master”, another drift reduction innovation.

Before his role in co-inventing the Merlin IC, Kurt was the owner of K-BAgritech, a company dedicated to reducing drift on agricultural sprayers.

He won the ASABE (American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers) AE50 Award for co-inventing of the Pattern Master, a product which reduces spray drift and off target application.

In addition to his work with Latitude-Ag, Ladd McCluskey is also currently the President of Primary Mfg, an additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping company.

Primary Mfg helped design and prototype the section recirculation valve in the Merlin IC System. The company is also the exclusive manufacturing partner of Latitude-Ag.
